The Trails Called Me Back
The rich aroma of the jungle enveloped me each morning as I explored the pristine hiking trails. Friendly guides encouraged my adventure, and I truly felt the warmth of the rainforest's embrace.
However, nights were uncomfortable without air conditioning, leaving me tossing and turning. The mosquitoes were relentless during outdoor adventures, making it a constant battle to enjoy the stunning surroundings.

The location was beautiful and the room was clean.
We encountered a shocking miscommunication about pricing for activities. The night hike I was told would cost $40 turned out to be an outrageous $106. The staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us feeling frustrated instead of welcomed after our long stay.

Had an excellent experience, the staff went out of their way to treat me like a VIP,, specially during the ziplining tour where the guides made it feel so safe and exciting. The nature was very nice, saw so many birds and felt so close to the rainforest, it was revitalizing.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience was worth every penny.

Had an amazing time with friends. We hiked to the stunning Antelope Falls and enjoyed the zipping adventure. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. If you're into nature, this place is perfect with loads of wildlife around. The restaurant serves tasty food, and those rum punches are a must-try!
We encountered a miscommunication about pricing for some activities that was frustrating. It affected our experience a bit since we weren't expecting the extra cost.

I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room at Bocawina Rainforest Resort. The resort’s location at the entrance of Mayflower Bocawina National Park was breathtaking. The access to well-maintained trails leading to waterfalls was fantastic. Staff were extremely accommodating, letting me check in early and providing a useful map of the trails. The room had a couple of fans to keep cool, but it still felt quite warm without air conditioning. I explored the Antelope Falls trail, which was exciting, but the ropes for climbing were a bit tricky at points. The restaurant offered delicious food, and Stephen, my waiter, provided great service. The beautiful property and available tours made my short stay enjoyable. However, I did notice that mosquitoes were quite abundant, which made outdoor activities a bit uncomfortable at times. Definitely a place worth exploring!
